Bracknell Regeneration Partnership (BRP) is delighted to announce that Pandora, Kiko Milano and New Look will be part of the The Lexicon’s line-up when it opens in September 2017.
Pandora, the Danish jewellery manufacturer and retailer, has taken a 1,400 sq ft shop on what will become The Avenue. Pandora designs, manufactures and markets hand-finished and contemporary jewellery made from high-quality materials at affordable prices.
Cosmetics brand Kiko Milano, will be located on Braccan Walk in a new 990 sq ft store. Kiko Milano features a range of cutting-edge makeup, face and beauty products for people of all ages.
Popular fashion retailer New Look, will take a 12,000 sq ft double storey store on Braccan Walk , opposite the River Island Store, and marks the welcome return of New Look to Bracknell town centre. New Look offers exciting, on-trend, value-fashion for women, men and teenage girls, and is the UK’s No. 1 retailer for women under 35.
Simon Russian, development manager for Legal & General on behalf of Bracknell Regeneration Partnership, says: “We’re delighted that we are continuing to attract such a range of high-end brands to The Lexicon. We are now 70% let by floor space and will be announcing yet more lettings in the countdown to opening.”
Once open, The Lexicon Bracknell will provide a new social and cultural heart for Bracknell town centre. It will more than double the square footage of the current retail offer, taking the total to one million sq ft, including the existing, neighbouring princess Square shopping centre.
