Local MP, Dr Phillip Lee visited The Lexicon Room, located on the 13th floor of Ocean House, this week to get a spectacular birds-eye view of just how quickly the construction of the new town centre is unfolding. From this elevated vantage point, it is clear to see the scale of the new Marks & Spencer and Fenwick's stores and the building that will house the new Cineworld.
Dr Phillip Lee says: "It is so exciting to see The Lexicon coming together. Not only will it provide the heart and meeting place that the town centre so desperately needs, but it will also offer considerable new job and career opportunities for the people of Bracknell ready for opening in Spring 2017."
Dr Phillip Lee was given the tour by Rob Morris, General Manager at the Bracknell Regeneration Partnership. Rob says: "It was great to show Dr Phillip Lee around and reassure him that the development is on track to open in spring 2017." The Lexicon Room will be open to the public, by prior appointment, from March 5 2016 and the first Saturday of the month thereafter.
Appointments are made on a first come, first served basis, and are offered in 20-minute slots. Guests can book their visits up to two months in advance at http://www.thelexiconbracknell.com/marketing-suite-bookings.html
