The construction of The Lexicon is progressing well with the transformation of Bracknell town centre on track for completion in Spring 2017.
Over the past few months, external cladding works have commenced to the new Marks and Spencer store and in the coming months the internal blockwork will be completed.
The installation of the pre-cast concrete for the new multi-storey car park has continued and the service installations will soon begin.
External cladding works have continued to the Fenwick structure with internal blockwork expected to be completed in the summer.
The pouring of concrete slabs to the roof and ground floor shop units for the structure that will house the four Arcadia brands has continued. The construction of the retaining walls is the next element to progress.
The roof for the Cineworld multiplex is being constructed and cladding installation will start in the next few weeks.
Steelworks have commenced in Braccan Walk, the area formerly known as Charles Square, with substructure works to the new Primark store also underway.

It’s a thrilling time for our residents as the final foot print of the new shopping and leisure area becomes evident. The continuing cladding work is bringing the whole area to life and the anticipation of The Lexicon opening is mounting as we head into the final year of regeneration.”
