The Lexicon Bracknell
The Lexicon is the next generation shopping and leisure destination in the heart of Bracknell. A vibrant mix of brands and experiences, whether you’re meeting for a relaxed dinner with family or work colleagues, or shopping with friends, this will be a place that invites conversation.
The Bracknell Regeneration Partnership, a 50:50 joint venture partnership between Legal & General Capital and Schroder UK Real Estate Fund, together with Bracknell Forest Council, is investing over £240million to transform Bracknell Town Centre into an exciting 1 million square foot shopping and leisure destination.
The first former post-war New Town to be comprehensively redeveloped, and one of the biggest Town Centre regenerations currently taking place in the UK, The Lexicon Bracknell will be opening in spring 2017.
In addition to the 70 new shops and restaurants, planning has also been granted on improvements to the existing High Street buildings, as well as restoration and extension of local landmark – The Bull. Walking north from The Bull will be a stretch of family-favourite restaurants, including Carluccio’s and Wagamama, which will offer al fresco dining in the summer months.
With a new 1,300 space multi-storey car park, courtesy of Bracknell Forest Council, and highway improvements, The Lexicon Bracknell is set to become one of Berkshire’s most convenient and vibrant shopping and leisure destinations.
